Assignment Description

Our client in the automotive industry is currently seeking an Embedded Software Tester.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience working with embedded systems, with expertise in either Embedded Software Development, Embedded Software Testing, or Automotive Diagnostics.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in the following programming languages: Python, C, C#, C++, or Mono.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Strong testing skills in Embedded Systems testing, including familiarity with the SDLC (V-model).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Solid understanding of technical development processes and the ability to navigate the steps required to achieve project goals.
• Experience with version control using Gerrit.
• Familiarity with programming platforms such as RobotFramework, MatLab & SimuLink.
• Proficiency in CAPL programming language.
• Knowledge of testing tools such as Vector Tools (CANoe, CANalyzer, vTestStudio), diagnostic tools (Inca, Lauterbach, ETAS), and other tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with Agile testing methodologies.
