Our customer is digitalizing their ~90 factories with core services such as MPM, MES, Machine Connectivity and visualization, and infrastructure.

On their behalf we are now looking for two Senior Project Managers; one Project Manager – Manufacturing Digitalization and one Program Manager- MPM.

Project Manager – Manufacturing Digitalization:

We are looking for a senior project manager who can manage different projects in this domain. It can be pure deployment projects, working with scale-out of solutions to a multitude of factories. It can also be projects aiming to create products ready to scale.

Responsibilities:

• Project manager for the developing and deploying solutions to their ~90 factories.
• Be a driving force structuring, organizing, starting, and running projects and programs in the Manufacturing domain. Primarily in MES and Machine connectivity.
• Around 1 trip/month

Program Manager- MPM:

We are looking for a senior program/project manager who can drive the next steps of MPM.

A vital piece is the connection and digitalization between Product Design and Manufacturing and our client has been running a program since 2021 to create and scale out products (called MPM) to their factories using Siemens Teamcenter as a core.

They are currently running a pre-study together with Siemens and their factories on how they can restructure the program to accelerate the transformation. The outcome of this pre-study will decide how the future MPM project/program organization will look like.

Responsibilities:

• Project manager for the complete MPM project/program
• Lead the implementation of MPM development and deployment to their factories globally.
• Around 1 trip/month

Required Qualifications for both roles:

• Project Manager by trade, minimum 15 years experience.
• Experience in leading high-profile projects and programs in large international companies.
• Experience in managing senior stakeholders.
• Experience in leading complex projects together with external suppliers in partnership.
• Advantageous if certified in Project Management methodologies such as PMP, Prince2 or equivalent.
• Advantageous if having experience in manufacturing domain.
