Project Leader HIL

Assignment description

Our customer is looking for a Project leader to join their HIL solutions team. The HIL solutions team is responsible for HILs (Hardware in the Loop) development, and they are experts in HIL solutions enabling cutting-edge development methods. Their responsibility is to ensure that the internal customers are equipped with the right tools.

What you’ll do
For this position, your main task is to lead HIL-projects together with the HIL engineers. You will lead the project and take responsibility for cost, time plan and the risks connected to each project. You will propose solutions as well as bring support to define needs connected to the future plans of the company in the growing area of HIL. You will also be a member of our Test Rig Hotel (TRH) and work closely with the customers who are experienced engineers.

As Project leader you will build and maintain a wide personal network within R&D. You will be able to form your deliveries and develop your own skills together with your colleagues. You and your skills
The company sees that you have an education in project leading and an understanding in electrical engineering, electric mechanics, or similar. You have good IT knowledge in general. You also need to be fluent in English, both written and spoken. Meritorious is experience of HIL (both HW and SW), HIL build, and work experience from the automotive industry
