Assignment Description

Our client in the fashion industry is looking for two Data Analysts for an assignment on-site in Barcelona, Spain.

What you’ll do:

• Analyze and design AI solutions together with business stakeholders and the product team to maximize business impact.
• Analyze and verify model output and work with Data Scientists and Engineers to improve accuracy of models.
• Support in setting the roadmap and strategy for the product team, together with the Product Owner.
• Pressure-test algorithms from a business perspective and develop business cases.
• Lead and coordinate the development work for various topics within your product.
• Lead and participate in agile ceremonies.
• Be an active voice for constant improvement in ways of working within the team.

Who you are:

• Relevant academic degree within Business, Statistics or Engineering
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a position requiring strong analytical skills
• Experience of – and/or high interest in – working with advanced analytics and AI
• Experience from working with advanced analytics tools and technologies (i.e.. SQL, Python, Power BI, GCP)
• Ability to communicate and explain data and its implications to various stakeholders.
• Proven track record of delivering great results.
• Excellent communication skills in writing, speaking, and presenting.
• Strong in prioritization, execution, and following up together with a “can-do attitude.”
• Motivated by an environment that allows you to work and take decisions independently.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Strive to reach goals, prioritize tasks and take direct action to address problems while ensuring to meet deadlines and achieve results.
• Ability to advise the business in the best solution from both a business and technical perspective.
