Assignment Description

Our client is currently seeking a Senior UX.

The User Experience (UX) team at our client’s organization is responsible for developing interaction designs and user experiences for digital products, in-vehicle systems, and accessories. They work closely with off-board services and maintain a holistic view of the product experience. Comprising UX designers, UI designers, prototype developers, and strategists, the team prioritizes the development of the best possible user experience in a complex environment. While adhering to an agile approach, they focus on continuous learning and improvement.

In this role, you will work as part of the UX team, contributing to deliveries and initiatives that align with their goals. Utilizing your skills in graphics, UX design, UX methodology, user research, and/or service design, you will engage with various stakeholders, departments, products, and workflows within their company, while also exploring future technologies.

They are seeking a motivated designer with professional education in UX, HMI, graphic design, or a similar field. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record, talent, and proficiency in the required competencies, with expertise in Figma. They value teamwork and seek a candidate who is collaborative, supportive, creative, and results-driven, capable of motivating others and delivering in a global environment.

Qualifications:

• Professional education in UX, HMI, graphic design, or a similar field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphical design and/or UX is required.
• Driver’s license B is required.
• Experience within the automotive industry is strongly advantageous.
• Full proficiency in English is required, and proficiency in Chinese is strongly advantageous.
• Experience in service design is advantageous.
• Experience in designing for embedded systems is advantageous.
• Experience with agile methodologies is advantageous.

IT/SW Requirements:

• Proficiency in Figma is required.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Sketch and Principle is advantageous.

• The candidate is expected to be located in the Gothenburg area.
• The UX team consultant recruitment process includes interviews and an assignment to assess the applicant’s UX and UI skills.
