Assignment Description

Our client in banking is seeking a Project Manager for an assignment in Stockholm.

For this assignment you are expected to work on-site at least 3 days per week.

What you’ll do:

You will be the Project Manager for the DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act), requirements and implementation within Non Financial Risk, making sure we will be able to deliver on time.

You’ll be responsible for both making sure the client complies with business requirements as well as technology requirements and technical measurements.

As a Project Manager you’ll have a close collaboration between the central DORA project team and other cross-functional teams within the bank. It will involve several stakeholders and requires an understanding of NPAC, BIA, TIA, Risk Assessment (different business assessments conducted within the bank) as well as Agile way of working.

Your responsibility is to make sure the client goes from gathering requirements to full production within the their Tribe (Technology).

Who you are:

You are an experienced Project Manager with very good communication skills, driven and are very used to work within the Agile Way of Working using “LEAF”, Lean Agile Framework, and are familiar of writing Epics, User Stories that are related to Features. As there are more business teams and Product Owners involved you need to be able to work with things in parallel and be very clear on what needs to be done from each party’s involvement.

The client expects you to have knowledge around Non Financial Risk such as BCM, BIA, TIA, NPA, Risk Assessment etc.

Requirements:

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree
• At least 5 years experience as a Project Manager
• 4-8 years of experience from implementation project for IT processes and management systems
• Experience of and preferable education within “LEAF” Lean Agile Framework
• Experience of writing Epics, User Stories that are related to Features
• Knowledge about DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act)
• Knowledge of Non Financial Risk Assessments
• Great time management skills
