Our client in the automotive industry is currently seeking a Software Engineer with a focus on Security.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, support, operate, and maintain core IT platforms and tools essential for meeting business challenges in the short and long term.
• Maximize the value of IT platforms by balancing development, life cycle management, and ensuring platform functionality and stability.
• Enable software development teams by working closely with developers to deliver best-in-class solutions to customers.
• Reduce the cognitive load in agile DevOps teams.
• Develop and support internal platform systems.
• Support other development teams by creating re-usable components to help them focus on delivering business value.
• Develop and maintain security solutions (built on IdentityServer), user administration systems, and logging.
• Oversee project templates and pipelines.
• Provide support for internal applications.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in software development with C# .Net.
• Strong understanding of agile software development processes and practices.
• In-depth knowledge of Identity Server.
• Extensive experience in Identity & Access Management.
• Proficiency in Security and Identity Management (OAuth, Open ID Connect, Azure AD).
• Good knowledge of:
  • DevOps (pipelines and infrastructure-as-code)
  • Kubernetes
  • Docker
  • Entity Framework
  • Azure
  • MS SQL Server
• Understanding of infrastructure components such as networks, firewalls, DNS, and storage.
• Experience in a retail environment.
