Assignment Description

Our client is currently seeking a Product Content Manager to join their dynamic, agile, cross-functional team. In this role, you will support the deployment of their Digital Health Products, including web portals, mobile applications, and devices. The position is available in either Barcelona or Mölndal.

Responsibilities:

• Manage product and study content throughout various development and implementation stages of digital health products as part of the Content Management Team.
• Support development squads by defining, designing, developing, and modeling content features as the Content Manager.
• Own and implement the end-to-end content management process for assigned product squads, including processing, translation, and publication.
• Collaborate closely with the content director, other content managers, and content editors to lead, plan, assess, resource, reuse, store, process, and manage content.
• Assist product and clinical study teams with content change requests and bug fixing during the maintenance and closeout phases.
• Coordinate content management activities during web and app development and feature development activities according to the product release plan and study-related deadlines.
• Contribute actively to improvement initiatives and provide feedback within the digital health solutions.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment, and confidently speak up in broader cross-functional meetings.
• Maintain a fun, team-oriented atmosphere, and excel in GIF wars.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Media Information, Science and Health, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Content Manager.
• Proficient with cloud-based or headless Content Management Systems (CMS) and Digital Asset Management systems (DAM).
• Familiar with content production lifecycles within pharma or highly regulated science-based industries.
• Basic knowledge of web publishing, HTML, and desirable knowledge of SEO, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional setting with internal and external partners.
• Excellent stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of dealing with ambiguity and creating clarity.
• Meticulous proofreading and editing skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Passion for working within cross-functional global teams and representing multiple customers in decision-making.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Desired Qualifications:

• Understanding of Clinical trial delivery or pharmaceutical landscape.
• Experience with Jira, Miro, and Figma.
• Experience working with headless CMS.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Digital Project Management experience.
• Experience in a highly regulated environment with strict processes.
• Strong passion for health or working within the Life Science industry.
