Assignment Description

Our client is currently seeking a Tech Lead for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). A Tech Lead plays a crucial role in directing the technical aspects of projects, from design to development, to meet our client’s business needs. This role is pivotal in ensuring effective implementation and optimization of solutions on the D365 F&O platform.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the D365 F&O Product Team, overseeing the development, configuration, and integration within the D365 F&O platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design technical solutions to meet these needs.
• Define the technical architecture ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with best practices.
• Lead development efforts, including customization, configuration, and extension of D365 F&O using appropriate development tools and methodologies.
• Oversee the integration of D365 F&O with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability for business processes.
• Establish and enforce quality assurance processes including code reviews, testing strategies, and ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Establish and enforce technical governance standards for D365 development including version control, coding standards, code management, and documentation practices.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, product owners, and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business requirements.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance, addressing issues and ensuring system stability and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:‌

• Good understanding of the functional capabilities of D365F&O: Supply Chain Management and Commerce
• Proficiency in developing, deploying, customizing, and integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
• Close collaboration with the domain architect who oversees the overall architecture of the domain
• Good understanding of enterprise integration patterns and Azure Integration Services.
• Strong knowledge of X++, C#, and the Dynamics 365 SDK.
• Ability to integrate other systems into the Dynamics 365 architecture using API-based Integrations (REST and Events).
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Highly motivated individual, enthusiastic about taking on various challenges and opportunities.

As mentioned earlier, they are focusing on expertise in D365 Finance and Operations, preferably in the Supply Chain Management module and based in Skane (as they aim to work closely together at their Fabriken office three days a week).
