Assignment Description

Our client in the automotive industry is currently looking for an experienced Embedded Software Owner with expertise in embedded software development, integration, and verification. You should have the ability and interest to grow your network both internally and externally with other parts of our client’s organization.

Main Areas of Responsibility:

• Technical ownership for the design, requirements, interfaces, and quality assurance
• Backlog ownership; prioritize and plan software deliveries in cooperation with the DPO and Integration Lead
• Drive estimations, including scope, time, and budget, as input to projects
• Lead cross-functional development work
• Contribute to technical roadmaps of different product areas within the department
• Support the two teams in developing and maintaining WoW (Ways of Working)
• Create a common workflow, including methods and tools for application SW development, and ensure its quality, integration, and V3 Verification
• Connect with other product areas (such as Architecture, Rigs support, CI/CD) to provide the proper input to secure the complete department WoW function development flow
• Approve Software readiness level from V3

Qualifications:

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in electrical/software engineering or equivalent
• Good knowledge of application SW development, integration, and V3 Verification
• Good knowledge of Develop Product (DP) process and Develop Embedded Solution process
• Knowledge of development tools for embedded SW development, integration, and V3 verification
