Assignment Description

We are looking for a Department Program Manager (DPM) to our client.

At Software Engineering Office (SWENG), they are responsible for System Safety, Cyber Security, Software Development processes, cross project coordination and technology planning, supporting the organization with development capacity, planning coherence and quality reviews.
You will be the driver for the department deliverables, releases, and the main interface to stakeholders with regards to delivery status.

Main responsibilities:

• Being the Department and sister departments interface towards programs.
• Responsible for all deliveries with regards to time and cost within content.
• Responsible to create and maintain an execution plan.
• Responsible for the status reporting.
• Help manage and reduce risks and dependencies.
• Solve, escalate, and track impediments.

Required qualifications:

• Good knowledge in project management.
• Knowledge in Software development, Cyber Security and System Safety.
• Experience in driving deliveries with short time frames and handle several of stakeholders simultaneously.
• Experiance with their program structure.
