Assignment Description
Our client in the automotive industry is currently seeking a Design Engineer with experience in harness design. The Design Engineers are responsible for their wire harness designs from the concept phase to the final product (build to print).
The client’s EDS Team 94145 is responsible for several different low voltage harnesses within the Engine Bay, Underbody, and Power Pack area.
Main Responsibilities:
- Work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders such as manufacturing engineers, mechanical integration, electrical design, and attributes teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams within the department to ensure seamless integration.
- Manage change processes and ensure that design modifications are implemented effectively.
