Assignment Description

Our client in the automotive industry is currently seeking a Software Engineer specializing in Teamcenter.

Their client is bringing bold digital visions to life, aiming to lead the automotive world by creating a digital ecosystem that simplifies their customers’ lives. They are now looking for curious, creative individuals who want to change the world through innovative thinking.
The PLM Core cluster consists of cross-functional teams with end-to-end responsibility for concepts, development, UX, methods/processes, and support within the PLM area and the Teamcenter platform.

Main Responsibilities:

• Work in a team focused on building solutions, maintaining, optimizing, and improving users’ daily digital workplace.
• Contribute to the business and technical blueprint and customize the respective software package.
• Responsible for unit testing, contributing to integration testing, and/or the design and delivery of end-user training.

Base Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in designing and developing solutions with Teamcenter.
• Knowledge of Teamcenter unified architecture (4-tier and 2-tier architecture).
• Experience with Teamcenter 11 or above.
• Strong understanding of the Teamcenter Data Model.
• Active Workspace customization experience.
• 4 years of experience in Teamcenter server-side coding.
• Good understanding of IT technologies used in engineering standard space.
• Experience with Teamcenter Administration and BMIDE update/deployment.

• Experience implementing integrations with downstream applications.
• Experience with REST APIs.

• Agile mindset and project execution experience.
• Strong skills in business analysis, business knowledge, automated testing, architecture knowledge, and technical solution design.
