Assignment Description

Our client in the automotive industry is currently seeking a Software Engineer to join their Product Compliance team, which is part of the Cluster Quality & Compliance Digital division (within Engineering Digital). In this role, you will support the Quality department by delivering innovative digital solutions, working in a cross-functional agile team primarily made up of full-stack developers. The goal of the Product Compliance Digital team is to ensure compliance in quality reporting and contribute to the development of the safest vehicles in the market. The tools you help develop will streamline compliance reporting by consolidating data and automating analysis to meet regulatory standards efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate within a cross-functional team to ensure the technical quality of the solutions provided for specific applications.
• Contribute to DevOps practices and drive continuous integration and deployment.
• Engage in all phases of the development cycle, from requirement gathering to production deployment.
• Actively participate in the Developer Community of Practice.
• Build and deliver cutting-edge digital products and services that add value to both the client and its customers.

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Azure DevOps and GitHub for version control and deployment.
• Strong experience with Java (Spring Boot) for backend development.
• Competence in React JS and TypeScript for frontend development.
• Solid knowledge of Azure SQL Database.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
• Familiarity with Azure Cloud Services, including Data Factory, Azure Data Bricks, Azure Functions, and IaaS/IaC.
• Experience with Snowflake for data warehousing and analytics.
• Experience with .Net Core (not mandatory but beneficial).
• Familiarity with text mining and machine learning is a plus, though not a strict requirement.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential for this role.
