Assignment Description

Our client in the automotive industry is seeking a CMF Designer to join their team in Gothenburg. The ideal candidate should be a team player with excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills. You should be passionate, energetic, and self-driven, with the ability to think strategically, understand complex concepts quickly, and handle multiple tasks. Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is required.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative CMF (Color, Material, and Finish) design concepts with a focus on sustainable materials and processes.
• Gather inspiration and materials to create visually appealing mood boards.
• Conduct trend research and benchmarking to stay updated on design innovations.
• Communicate CMF design concepts across teams and product development.
• Curate CMF collections tailored to customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver professional presentations to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, Transportation Interior Design, Product Design, or Industrial Design.
• Proven experience in CMF Design.
• Understanding of how CMF choices affect automotive design.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), VRED, and Blender.
• Proficient in design tools including Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), VRED, and Blender.
• Innovative in developing CMF design concepts, with a focus on sustainable materials.
