Assignment Description

On behalf of our client we are looking for data quality support, you will with the assistance of coaching from colleagues, help our clients organization with the following:

• Make data changes in our clients systems regarding customer, subscription and asset data when needed.
• Work with services and billing support cases
• Assist in testing of new IT developments and implementations locally.

Requirements:

• You need to be structured, meticulous, have an eye for details and data quality
• You need to be able to work independently which requires a higher degree of logical thinking.
• As a person you should not be afraid to align and synch issues and solutions with customers and employees when needed, clear communication and it is also important that you have the ability to explain in a pedagogical way.
• Good knowledge of common Microsoft office tools, especially Excel, knowledge of how to use more complicated formulas (macro is not required).
• Swedish and English is a must

It’s a plus (not a must) if you have past experience in system or software testing

You need to be situated in Stockholm and work from our clients office in Stockholm 2 days per week.
