Assignment Description

Our client in the automotive industry is currently seeking a talented and driven Camera Systems Development Engineer (Focus Area: Verification) to join their Exterior Vision team, specializing in camera systems.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in system design, ensuring that stakeholder and internal requirements are met to support the camera perception stack. You will also be instrumental in verifying and enhancing the capabilities of their exterior camera data providers at component, system, and vehicle levels.

Main Responsibilities:

• Product Verification: Conduct comprehensive verification of the exterior camera data provider’s capabilities at various levels, including component, system, and in-vehicle.
• Test Management & Maintenance: Develop, implement, and maintain testing procedures to ensure the highest quality and performance of their camera systems.
• Requirements Understanding: Gather and analyze stakeholder and internal requirements for the camera platform, ensuring they are effectively integrated into the perception stack.
• System Development Insight: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the entire system development process, ensuring coherence across different components and systems. Document and report product status.

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience in the automotive industry.
• System Designing Tools: Familiarity with tools like Carweaver, DOORS, etc.
• Verification Tools: Experience with DSA, DLT, Prompt Command, Git, WinSCP, etc.
• Network Protocols: Understanding of Ethernet, TCP/IP, CAN.
• Operating Systems: Proficiency in Linux.
• Automotive Diagnostic Concepts.
• Version Control and CI Tools: Experience with Git, Gerrit, Jenkins.
• NVIDIA Automotive Hardware/Software Tools.

Note: Not all of the additional qualifications are prerequisites. However, a willingness to learn and grow in these areas is essential.
