Assignment Description
On behalf of our client we are now looking for a Technician/Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for operations, project work, and the maintenance of critical contact center and recording solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support operational tasks within Voice & Real-Time Services.
- Maintain large installation of interaction recording system
- Perform administrative tasks within communication systems, handling incidents, and troubleshooting.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a technical engineering role, with a strong focus on interaction recording systems.
- Experience working with Mitel and Recording solutions.
- Hands-on experience with telephony/contact center systems.
- Proficient in Jira and Agile workflows.
- Fluency in both Swedish and English.

- Experience with large tech projects.

You will be required to work onsite at our customers office in Stockholm 3 days per week.
