Assignment Description
Our client in the automotive industry is currently seeking a Test Engineer to join their AD & ADAS Platform – Domain System Verification Engineer for Radar Sensors.
The Safe Vehicle Automation unit at our client’s organization consists of ambitious and highly skilled engineers responsible for everything from research and advanced engineering to the implementation, verification, and validation of current and future customer offerings.
Within the client’s ART (Agile Release Train) Autonomous Drive & Advanced Driver Assistance System Platform, the team develops the foundational components that support their functions. They lead the development of key components such as Lidar, Radar, Cameras, and ultrasonic sensors, integrating these into a complete platform that their systems are built upon.
In the Radars Group, three agile teams work closely with suppliers, partners, and other internal teams to specify, integrate, and verify radar sensor solutions. They are now looking for a developer to join the radar team.
Main Responsibilities

- Test implementation: Drive the implementation of test cases in both automated and team environments to secure radar performance in vehicles.
- Integration: Lead the integration of sensors into test vehicles in accordance with system architecture.
- Test case creation: Develop test cases based on requirements, generate reports, present conclusions, and provide recommendations based on test results.
- Test case development: Work collaboratively with the team to continuously develop test cases and test environments.
- Data collection management: Define data collection requirements in collaboration with other teams and ensure that the correct data is logged in the data collection vehicles.
Qualifications:
- Experience with programming languages such as Python.
- Familiarity with test frameworks like Robot or Pytest.
