Assignment Description:

Our client is looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Consultant to join our team. The role involves supporting the development and optimization of product teams by leveraging in-depth technical knowledge and strategic collaboration. This opportunity is ideal for a professional who thrives in a dynamic, agile environment and is looking to make a significant impact. The primary work location is onsite at, with the possibility for remote or off-site work to a limited extent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize extensive knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations specifically in Sales, Customer Returns, and Retail processes.
  • Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions and specifications.
  • Proficiency in JIRA is essential for project tracking and issue management.
  • Utilize Confluence to document project details, collaborate with team members, and maintain a central repository of project information.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments and features of Dynamics 365, identifying opportunities for improvement and suggesting optimizations.
  • Actively participate in an agile product development setup, contributing to iterative progress and continuous enhancements.
  • Create comprehensive training materials and conduct training sessions for team members, ensuring smooth adoption and implementation of new processes.
  • Facilitate workshops and provide hands-on support to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill development.

 

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, with a focus on Sales, Customer Returns, and Retail-related functions.
  • Extensive experience using JIRA and Confluence for project and documentation management.
  • Strong familiarity with agile methodologies and product development frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create and deliver training sessions effectively.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in Customer Support and understanding of retail business processes is a strong advantage.
