Assignment Description

Our client in the automotive industry is seeking a Strategic Maintenance Engineer to join their strategic group. In this role, you will work closely with a team of 17 colleagues to manage the technical operations and technical maintenance.

Main Responsibilities:

• Drive continuous improvements for equipment.
• Manage spare parts preparation and inventory.
• Handle and maintain all equipment-related information, including technical drawings and documentation.
• Participate in the early phases of equipment projects and support solution selection.
• Monitor critical maintenance parameters and oversee the system care backlog stemming from recent extensive investments.

Required Qualifications:

• A university degree or equivalent, with substantial experience in maintenance working methods/processes.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in commissioning and maintenance of industrial systems.
• Familiarity with the Maximo maintenance system or similar tools.
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on quality and a structured approach to tasks.
