Assignment Description

On behalf of our client we are now looking for a Project Planner.

Role Description:

• Develop and maintain project schedules and project plans.
• Monitor project progress against the schedule and identify potential issues or delays.
• Collaborate closely with the project team to ensure timely delivery of milestones and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with our clients processes and standards for project management.
• Manage risks and opportunities related to schedule and project resources.
• Provide regular reports on project progress to management and stakeholders.
• Support the project team in driving the project to successful completion. 

Requirements:

• You should have a degree in engineering or relevant field
• You should have proven experience as a Project Planner, ideally in a relevant industry (rail, transport, logistics, etc.)
• You should have strong knowledge of project planning tools and techniques (e.g. Primavera P6, Microsoft Project)
• You should have understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. PMI, Prince2)
• You have excellent communication and collaboration skills
• You have strong problem-solving capabilities, with ability to effectively manage deadlines and competing priorities
• You are able to communicate in both English and Swedish.
