Assignment Description

We are looking for a training and competency lead. In this role you will lead and execute program training as well as competency development (approach, plan, execution).

Role Description:

Evolve program training and competency development approach and strategy in line with change management approach including:

  • Defining and documenting proficiency and competency targets
  • Document competency gaps and training needs based upon the impact assessments
  • Plan and execute program training and competency development plan including specific roll-in project plan and execution
  • Ensure availability of training and competency development material, courses, documentation etc. for impacted stakeholders and end users; Identify, onboard and upskill local trainers to deliver end-user training.

  • You are a good communicator, and are able to engage colleagues around learning and development.
  • You are curious and have a passion for helping people learn and grow.
  • The ability to translate learning needs into learning actions.
  • You have experience working in a complex environment.
  • You have experience from both classroom training approach, as well as eLearning and self-learning tools
  • You have proven ability to work creatively, proactively and collaboratively in a problem-solving environment.
  • The ability to make complex subjects into understandable and engaging content
  • You have excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • You have project management skills – planning and monitoring; Execution orientation, discipline and personal efficiency;

It is a merit if you have experience with SAP S/4 HANA training and development module.
