Assignment Description

We are looking for a Project Manager. In this role you will lead the implementation and adoption of the Microsoft Copilot suite across the clients organization. In order to be able to customize Copilot solutions accordingly you will need to collaborate with various departments, so that you are able to understand their needs. You will provide hands-on support and training / coordination to users to ensure effective utilization of solutions from Microsoft Copilot portfolio such as: Microsoft 365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Copilot Studio.

In this role you will monitor and analyze the performance of Copilot tools, providing feedback and recommendations for improvements. As project manager you will implement and contribute to the value realization framework to ensure traceability of business benefits unlocked by Copilot usage. This includes development and implementation of strategies for maximizing the value realization of Copilot tools, as well as developing and maintaining documentation and training materials for end-users.

Role Description:

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Copilot-related inquiries and support within the organization.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in AI and Copilot technologies to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of innovation.
• Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless integration and support.
• Stay updated on the latest Copilot features and updates, and communicate these to relevant teams.

To succeed in this role You should have strong leadership and team management abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach. You should also have the ability to quickly adapt to changing environments and technologies. Strong interpersonal skills is great to have as you will be collaborating with various stakeholders. You should also have a high level of self motivation and initiative.

Qualifications:

• You have a Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a large organization.
• Experience with AI and machine learning technologies is highly desirable.
• If you have certifications in Microsoft technologies, this would be an advantage.
• Experience with change management and user adoption strategies.
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies
• You have proven experience in implementing and managing AI-driven tools, ideally within the Microsoft (Copilot) suite.
• You have a strong technical background with proficiency in Microsoft 365, GitHub, and related technologies.
• You have excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• You have strong analytical skills to monitor and evaluate the performance of Copilot tools.
• You are great communication skills to effectively train and support users, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• You have demonstrated ability to drive adoption of new technologies and processes.
• You have an analytical mindset with a focus on value realization and metrics-driven decision-making.
