Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Lead to manage the development and testing of battery software functionalities. This role requires effective coordination with suppliers and close collaboration across multiple departments, including R&D, Digital, Production, and Aftermarket. We seek a team player with a positive, innovative mindset, who approaches challenges with a problem-solving and results-oriented focus.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must possess the following:

• An academic background in fields like Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• A minimum of five years of verified experience within the automotive sector.
• Strong project management experience, complemented by effective leadership skills.

It is advantageous if you have experience managing suppliers and possess expertise in electromobility systems, such as power solutions, charging infrastructure, high-voltage components, electric drive units, and more. Additional knowledge in system design, including tools and methodologies like SystemWeaver is also beneficial.
