Assignment Description

We are currently seeking an Automation Developer for an onsite role in Malmö, requiring presence three days a week. Proficiency in Swedish and English is preferred, though strong English skills alone are also acceptable.

We are looking for a candidate with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and optimize automation workflows. Strong communication skills are essential, as this role involves close collaboration and engagement with stakeholders across the organization.

Required Qualifications :

• Proven experience as an Automation Developer or RPA Developer, preferably with tools like UiPath or similar.
• Proficiency in Power Automate

It is meritorious if you have strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++. Familiarity with low-code platforms and knowledge of AI and Machine Learning technologies in the context of process automation are advantageous. Additionally, experience working within Agile or Scrum teams, with a proven track record of delivering automation projects on time, is highly valued.
