Assignment Description

We are looking for Product Owner/Business Architect. In this roll you will focus on developing digital capabilities to support areas such as manufacturing, asset management, product traceability, power management, and safety management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with operations and sustainability stakeholders to create a digital roadmap aligned with corporate objectives.
• Define and manage digital implementation and project plans.
• Model business requirements using business architecture frameworks and tools, delivering outputs such as capability maps and process diagrams.
• Manage the backlog for specific capabilities, defining and prioritizing epics and user stories.
• Work closely with digital development teams, stakeholders, and management to ensure progress and alignment.
• Advocate for and adhere to the organization’s digital strategy and ways of working, collaborating with peers to enhance methodologies.

Qualifications:

• You should have experience in digital development roles such as product owner, product manager, project manager, or business architect.
• You have proficiency in business architecture, modeling, and requirements analysis (e.g., capability mapping, process modeling, epic/user story creation).
• You have strong skills in stakeholder workshop planning and execution.
• You are familiar with data platforms and/or data products.
• You have a structured approach to work with excellent communication skills.
• You have experience in project or product start-up and establishment.

It is considered a bonus if you have a background in manufacturing and knowledge of Operations Technology (OT).
