Assignment Description

We are looking for a Product Owner  with expertise in ServiceNow to drive product delivery within the Agile Release Train. The role involves managing backlog items, prioritizing tasks, and adapting scope as needed. This position requires a technical orientation, hands-on experience with ServiceNow, and onsite presence in Malmö 2–3 days per week.

You will collaborate with the Agile team to deliver solutions aligned with strategic objectives. Your work will include partnering with Product Management, engineers, and designers to build end-to-end solutions, foster stakeholder trust, and address challenges effectively to achieve Program Increment (PI) goals.

Required Qualifications: 

• Technical orientation with hands-on experience working with ServiceNow.
• Fluent in Swedish or English.
• Extensive experience as a Product Owner within Agile teams, including proficiency with agile tools like JIRA for backlog and priority management.
• Experience in collaborating with stakeholders and third parties regarding technical integrations and product development.
• Active participation in agile ceremonies, including preparation and tracking progress for PI Planning.
• Collaborate with the Agile team to define the Definition of Done, set sprint goals, and guide backlog creation.
• Define and manage user stories and acceptance criteria while owning, maintaining, and prioritizing the team backlog.
• Understanding and input into the Product Roadmap.
• Experience in reviewing and accepting delivered stories.
