Assignment Description

We are looking for a skilled Platform Data Engineer with strong GCP expertise to join an innovative team working on state-of-the-art streaming projects. In this role, you will build and optimize data pipelines using Java, Apache Beam (Dataflow), and GCP services such as BigQuery, Dataflow, and Pub/Sub. You’ll manage workflows with Apache Airflow and transform data using dbt. Deploying and configuring resources with Terraform, as well as automating CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions, will also be a part of your tasks. Collaboration with data scientists, analysts, and software engineers is key to enhancing streaming services. Additionally, you’ll ensure the performance, scalability, and reliability of the data pipelines.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Data Engineering, with proven expertise in GCP (AWS knowledge is a plus).
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with tools such as Airflow, dbt, Terraform, and GitHub Actions.
