Assignment description
We are looking for an experienced SAP Reporting and Analytics Workstream Lead to work within the paper and pulp industry.
The Workstream Lead will play a critical role in the successful implementation of SAP S/4 HANA. The aim is to optimize our clients business processes, improve cross-departmental information flow, and enhance data management capabilities. You will be responsible for defining, designing, and delivering robust reporting and analytics solutions that align with the strategic goals, in accordance with the project timelines. Leveraging tools such as SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud, you will ensure timely and accurate insights to support decision-making across global business operations. In this role you will work closely with the project resources and with IT Business Intelligence leadership to ensure a smooth transition from project to steady state support.
Key responsibilities:
Workstream Leadership:
- Lead the Reporting and Analytics workstream, ensuring alignment with the overall project objectives, timeline, and budget.
- Engage closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and external consultants, to deliver high-quality analytics solutions.
Solution Design and Delivery:
- Assist with maintaining the Reporting and Analytics strategy for the project, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and business requirements.
- Utilize SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, and other relevant tools to design, prototype, and implement reporting solutions.
- Ensure integration of analytics solutions with SAP S/4 HANA and other relevant systems.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with business leaders and process owners to gather requirements, and establish reporting needs.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on workstream progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Data Governance and Quality:
- Partner with the Data Management team to ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Partner with IT Business Intelligence team to establish best practices for reporting and analytics governance.
Change Management and Training:
- Develop training materials and provide end-user training to ensure effective adoption of reporting and analytics tools.
- Support change management efforts by demonstrating the value of analytics in enhancing business processes.
Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor and report on workstream performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with project milestones.
Qualifications:
Educational Background:
- You have a College or University degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Professional Experience:
- You have a minimum of 8 years of experience in reporting and analytics, including 5+ years of leadership experience in ERP implementation projects
- You have expertise with SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP S/4 HANA
- You have experience with ETL data migration concepts
- You have a strong understanding of data modeling, visualization, and integration techniques
- You have proven track record in delivering analytics solutions in a global, multi-site environment
- You are fluent in Swedish and English
