Assignment Description
We are looking for an Engineer with expertise in Vehicle Dynamics. The role involves developing vehicle dynamics attribute performance across one or more vehicle programs to meet agreed-upon targets, following the established development process and program timelines. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining relevant vehicle setup and tuning documentation, as well as writing and distributing reports for all applicable test and development activities.

The ability to be open and transparent, sharing ideas and expertise while encouraging constructive feedback, is essential. You should also be comfortable working with both internal teams and external partners.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 8 years of professional experience within the automotive industry
- A relevant STEM degree (Bachelor’s level or equivalent)
- Strong skills in assessing vehicle dynamics through subjective evaluations
- Hands-on experience with objective vehicle dynamics testing methods
- In-depth knowledge of suspension and steering systems, with the ability to understand how technical changes impact overall vehicle performance
- Exposure to multiple automotive proving grounds and testing environments
- Proficient in analyzing and applying K&C (kinematic and compliance) data
