Assignment Description

We are looking for 3–4 specialists in Master Data Management (MDM) to support a large-scale MDM program being implemented across key business areas at a pharma client, including manufacturing and clinical processes. This assignment requires individuals with hands-on experience in executing MDM programs or strategies within large organizations.

The ideal candidates have actively contributed to MDM initiatives, ensuring effective implementation rather than just preliminary analysis. Both technical experts and professionals in program and project management are relevant for this role.

Responsibilities include defining and aligning corporate-level policies, procedures, and role descriptions in collaboration with stakeholders. Additionally, business analysis at the program level will involve defining key entities, analyzing processes, establishing ownership, and engaging data owners to develop structured roadmaps. Collaboration with system owners to integrate data sources and maintain program backlogs is also a key aspect of the role.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in MDM within the pharmaceutical sector is highly advantageous
• Proven hands-on experience in executing MDM programs or strategies in large organizations
• Expertise in both technical MDM implementation and program/project management
