Assignment Description

We are looking for a Financial Accountant & Controller for a long-time project to replace the client’s old insurance systems with a new one.

You will perform various tasks related to the ongoing accounting. Tasks as monthly and quarterly closings, account reconciliations and internal controls is included. You will be conducting various analysis and investigation assignments as well as contributing to the development of system support and processes.

Qualifications: 

• You have experience in accounting and reporting within a large organization with complex reporting requirements and significant internal accounting
• You have a strong understanding of how accounting components are interconnected
• You are skilled in monthly/quarterly closing, account reconciliations, and internal controls
• You have experience in financial analysis and investigations
• You have knowledge of system support and process development within accounting
• You have strong analytical skills, structured approach, and self-driven
• You are fluent in Swedish, written and spoken

It is meritorious if you have experience with Oracle ERP and EPM cloud-based solutions, and have worked with insurance companies.

Delivering well-checked, reconciled, and polished reports is a given for you. Analytical thinking and a desire to understand the broader context are key skills for success in this position.
