Assignment description 

We are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist.

In this role you will lead assignments, set scope, develop and implement learning activities within Sales and Marketing and Commercial Operations.

Qualifications:

• You have Data analytics experience.
• You have a relevant University degree.
• You have andragogic knowledge.
• You have previous experience in working with competence development activities such as e-learnings, physical instructor lead training etc.
• You are fluent in English.

You have excellent communication skills with internal stakeholders and are proficient in planning and follow-up. You handle changes effectively and collaborate well with the team to complete tasks. You are also willing to assist wherever needed.
