Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineering to support our client’s data initiatives.

In this position, you will be responsible for understanding stakeholder needs and delivering BI reports and analytical solutions using a modern data stack. This includes working with a data lake (AWS S3), data warehouse (Snowflake with DBT), and a visualization layer (Power BI). Close collaboration with business architecture teams is essential to ensure data models are aligned with business processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and managing manual data management applications using Airtable.

Qualifications:

• You have proven experience in data engineering and analytics, with a strong focus on BI reporting. Familiarity with data mesh concepts is a plus.
• You have proficiency with AWS S3, Snowflake, DBT, and Power BI or similar tools. Experience with Kotlin or Java is a plus, as the client utilizes Kotlin microservices for data ingestion.
• You have a strong ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into effective data solutions.
• You are skilled in translating business processes and terminology into efficient data models.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration.
