Assignment Description

We are looking for a Tech Lead. This role involves leading the development and implementation of digital solutions within Product Supply, with a specific focus on an AI-powered chat platform that leverages AI technologies and Large Language Models (LLMs).

The position involves working with AWS services such as Fargate, Lambda, and DynamoDB, as well as leveraging FastAPI and OpenAI/Azure OpenAI integrations. Another crucial responsibility is applying Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI infrastructure to optimize chatbot performance. It also requires actively exploring and implementing new technologies and tools to enhance performance and efficiency. A key aspect of the role is leading and mentoring software developers, ensuring best practices and innovation within the team. Additionally, it includes developing greenfield digital solutions with a user-centric approach while managing technical and business stakeholder relationships.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in Python, AWS, and AI technologies.
• Comfortable working in a cross-functional scrum team.
