Assignment Description

We are looking for a Security Architect.

This role is in the hardware department within the Downstream R&D, developing chromatography instruments/systems. This role will work in a senior cross-functional team, interfacing mainly developers working with electronics, embedded SW, Windows image creation/hardening, network configuration in the context of the products.

You will join the project where a new product is being developed, and currently in the concept validation/prototyping stage. To ensure compliance with targeted product security requirements and standards, they are now in need of a senior cyber security engineer to help assessing the current design accordingly. Tasks are varying and include assessing the HW architecture including the product internal communication bus, the embedded SW architecture, the Windows image running on an embedded computer.

Qualifications:

• You have a degree in a relevant engineering field, computer science or similar.
• You have documented experience in the field of cyber security.
• You have extensive knowledge in embedded systems and SW.
• You have extensive knowledge in Ethernet network architecture and security.
• You have extensive knowledge in Windows image hardening/secure configuration, installation and deployment.
• You have experience from working with threat modelling (e.g. STRIDE), risk assessment and vulnerability management.
• You are fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

Meritorious:

• Experience from security testing tools and techniques.
• Experience from product development methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
• Experience from information security standards and frameworks, and best practices for product security, such as NIST SP 800-53 and IEC 62443.
• Experience from CIS Benchmark.
