Assignment Description

We are seeking a Lead Engineer Transmission Hardware with expertise in mechanical engineering, material science, and advanced manufacturing. In this role, you will drive the development of high-performance, durable, and efficient transmission hardware for electric drive units while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

From concept to production, you will oversee hardware development, aligning designs with customer requirements. Close collaboration with design, validation, and manufacturing teams ensures seamless integration. This role also involves managing technical, sales, and project aspects while working within cross-functional teams, including hardware and software engineers. Additionally, you will engage with customers and suppliers, providing technical expertise and insights.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in roles requiring customer interaction within Tier 1 suppliers, engineering service providers, or technical sales.
• Minimum of five years in transmission product development for automotive applications in Europe.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken.

Knowledge of Mandarin Chinese, Swedish, or German is considered a plus.
