Assignment description

We are looking for a Workstream Lead Test B2BT.

You will be joining a Transformation Program within the B2B area. Within the program, several Initiatives have been organized with the responsibility to deliver the business products & processes. To support the delivery of the Initiatives, cross-functional workstreams have been established to take full responsibility and drive a streamlined delivery process & streamlined platform throughout the program to ensure sufficient business readiness.

• Creating the Test strategy and have it aligned with program stakeholders.
• Responsible for Test planning and managing test execution.
• Responsible for managing the test team.
• Coordination with vendors, other workstreams and other 3rd parties.
• Responsible for the Test process and testing scope.
• Responsible for setting up and maintaining the Test structure in Jira.
• Defect management including reporting, tracking and retesting.
• Resource management within the work stream.
• Being a member of the program management team.
• Reporting to Program manager.

Qualifications:

• You are a senior Project Manager with at least ten years’ experience as a Test Lead within Bank & Finance.
• You have experience from working in Core Banking Transformation Programs/Projects.
• You have experience from test projects with test of migrated production data.
• You are a very good communicator, i.e. with very good ability to express oneself in speech and writing.
• You have experience from working with external vendors located in different locations
• You have experience from working in a multicultural environment and understanding the complexity of it
• You have basic understanding of Factoring, Leasing and Asset Finance business.
• You have a strong drive and excellent people skills.
• You are administrative and structured.
