We are looking for a BI architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure a streamlined, efficient, and scalable data pipeline from source systems to reports.
• Contribute to the client’s overall data architecture vision, focusing on Data Mesh principles and long-term scalability.
• Collaborate closely with developers, business users, and the broader architectural community to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and senior management, translating strategic objectives into BI initiatives.
• Stay up to date with industry trends in data architecture, technology, and ways of working, introducing new solutions where relevant.
• Proactively identify and drive improvements within BI, enhancing ways of working, data governance, and technology adoption.

Expected Deliverables

• Assessment of current BI architecture and recommendations for improvements (considering the Self-service approach) .
• Roadmap for client’s transition to a Data Mesh approach.
• Implementation of best practices for data management, reporting, and analytics.
• Workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions for stakeholders at various levels.
• Ongoing advisory and support to ensure alignment with the client’s strategic goals.

Qualifications:

• You have 10+ years of experience working as BI Architect .
• You have 5+ years of experience with deep understanding of Data Warehousing, known Data Warehousing patterns, Analytics and Business Intelligence
• You have 3+ years of experience working with reporting tool PowerBI (both on-premise and cloud), SSAS, SSRS and Microsoft Fabric
• You have 3+ years of experience with cloud architecture design for end to end BI user cases
• You have AWS/AZURE knowledge
• You have knowledge of DevOps and designing CI/CD pipelines
• You have strong communication and documentation skills
• You have knowledge in the Access management
• It is meritorious if you have:
  – Snowflake and Matillion
  – Understand the Data Mesh Concept
  – Experience working with self-service platforms, with a proven track record of delivering best practices that enhance the user experience and drive customer satisfaction.
