Assignment description 

This role requires you to embrace the full ML development lifecycle; from hypothesis and raw data processing, choice of method, development and evaluation of different ML models with performance measures and rigorous cross-validation methods, to production setting.

Requirements for the role:

• A solid background in mathematics and/or statistics and machine learning, with at least an MSc in technical mathematics, computer science, bioinformatics or equivalent
• Strong background in machine learning, biostatistics, and bioinformatics
• Work experience with machine learning using Python and R, including frameworks such as Tensorflow, PyTorch, NumPy Scikit-learn, XGBoost
• Experience in analyzing bioinformatics data
