Assignment Description

We are looking for a Project Coordinator for various projects within the VCT (Value Creation Team).

You responsibility:

• Representing shared services across multiple parallel projects and VCTs, maintaining an overview of all projects without being involved in detailed work.
• Supporting the workflow of each project by identifying and removing obstacles, as well as ensuring that prototype and testing flows operate efficiently.
• Collecting and compiling prototype requirements per generation, including follow-up on trial and prototype needs.
• Planning Traton Milestones in close collaboration with the RTE/PM for each respective project.
• Communicating key milestones and information to the VCT, such as Traton Milestones ahead of TM, and providing updates in the department’s (Domain) project pulse (including reviews and status matrix).
• Informing the VCT about test flow blockers, such as deviations, stoppages, or delays, for quick resolution.
• Providing status updates on article clinics and informing relevant project teams about article statuses.
• Coordinating the development of build plans and maintaining an overall view of build requirements across different projects.
• Compiling generation vehicles ahead of PI planning to ensure resource alignment and scheduling.

Qualifications:

• You have a relevant University degree.
• Experience from the automotive industry or a leadership background, combined with strong organizational and coordination skills is beneficial.
• Capable of expressing well, both verbally and in writing, in Swedish and English.
• It is meritorious with knowledge about electrical system and/or embedded systems in vehicles.
