Assignment description

We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer.

In this role you will work with future technologies and bring new perspectives within multidisciplinary engineering problems. Your mission is to develop communication channels and promote a cross functional collaboration to implement and maintain development processes.

Design tasks:

• Design of components and mechanisms, from concept to release and production
• Present and hold 3D model meetings with technical solutions
• Perform structural analysis, hand and FEA calculations
• Produce technical documentation for both internal and external use
• Investigate new solutions to improve sustainability, performance or reliability
• Communicate with engineering, marketing, sourcing, manufacturing and testing teams
• Support in design validation testing (endurance, performance, drop)

Mechanical process tasks:

• Review existing mechanical processes such as design review or drawing review processes
• Establish clear communication channels and collaboration processes among different teams, such as R&D design, operation and manufacturing and relevant suppliers.
