Assignment description

We are looking for a Assembly Test and Verification Engineer

In this role you will be responsible for assembling and testing prototypes and products. This is more than a hands-on role, as you are involved from the design phase to the release of products to the global customers.

Tasks:

• Assemble prototypes and integrate modules together (mechanical, pneumatic, vacuum, electrical, and software).
• Perform testing (safety, functional, performance, endurance at both component and system level) both in-house and at customer sites.
• Perform lab equipment improvement and maintenance.
• Contribute to test and verification processes and documentation.
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to other engineers in your areas of expertise.
• You report to Team Manager Mechanical Systems within Mechatronics department, R&D.

Qualifications:

• You have a master’s degree in engineering or other relevant academic education.
• You have minimum 5 years of experience within Assembly Test and Verification.
• You have the capacity to thrive in early-stage development and navigate a large and complex organization.
• You have broad technical knowledge in the different aspects of mechatronic systems.
• You have experience in assembling and testing equipment where several disciplines are integrated together (mechanical, electrical, software).
• You have problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for physical hardware.
• You are a team player who wants to learn new techniques and working methods that benefit customers and organization.
• You have excellent communication skills in the English language.
