Assignment description

We are looking for a Product Specialist Medtech.

You will define and drive serviceability within product development to ensure that neuro products are designed to be efficiently installed, maintained and serviced.

Responsibilities

• Set requirements for serviceability in collaboration with the service team.
• Ensure serviceability requirements are fulfilled during the product development including logfile definitions.
• Create service design plans as well as develop and validate service and installation workflows.
• Assist technical writers in writing service- and installation manuals.
• Define spare parts and installed base tracking requirements.
• Create and review Field Change Orders to update systems in the field.
• Write and review product handover documentation.
• Collaborate with technical trainers to ensure updated technical training material based on product development.
• Support Service Delivery Manager in knowledge transfer to regional service organization.

Qualifications:

• You have a Bachelor or master’s degree in computer science or Engineering.
• You have relevant working or educational experience, preferable within medical device industry.
• You are a clear and effective communicator.
• You are curious, interested and demonstrated ability to understand complex technical solutions that combines hardware and software.
• You have excellent skills in verbal and written communication in English.
• You take personal accountability for the timeliness and quality of assigned deliverables.

Meriting:

• Working with after sales and service organizations preferably in a strongly regulated industry.
• Experience of working with Agile delivery processes and a good understanding of Agile practices.
• Working with PLM and CRM systems.
• Experience with C++.
