Assignment Description

We are looking for a IT Service Owner for an assignment. In this role, you will be responsible for the workplace area as part of the End-Point Services product area, which includes an offer of efficient services for personal productivity, mobility and a flexible way of working.

Role Description:

• Workplace Management
• Standard, Standard Virtual, Cloud and Mobile Devices
• Intune & SCCM
• Application Management Services
• Workplace Security Services
• Security patches, encryption, End-point protection/firewall,
• Multi-Factor and Secure token Authentication
• Managed Print Services
• Print Services, Mobile Print
• Hardware Management

Qualifications:

• You have worked for at least five years at a tactical level in larger, complex organizations with business change and/or IT development as well as administration where people, process and technology meet in an optimal way.
• You like to build strong relationships and trust, and have good communication and presentation skills.
• You should have experience and a good understanding in the Digital Workplace and End-User Services area
