Assignment description

Our client will need to ensure compliance for systems, components and services related to energy production delivery. Their Controls Profiles must be mapped to Offshore Operations requirements based on ISO 27001:2022 and other frameworks for the certification of German assets and compliance to UK NIS CAF. The objective is to achieve certification readiness and compliance to internal and external requirements for IT systems, components and services provided for energy production delivery.

Main responsibilities:

• Define requirements for the different document types needed in collaboration with IT Security
• Create document repository and templates for documentation
• Define approval workflow in collaboration with IT Security and ITPO’s
• Plan and drive progress of engineer input to documents in close collaboration with Scrum Masters, ITPO’s and IT Security
• Assist IT Engineers formulating documents, reviewing, and adjusting to requirements
• Report progress to management of IT Preparedness initiative

Requirements:

• Experience with ISO 27.001 or similar quality frameworks
• Experience with IT documentation and adhering to standards
• Experience working in quality systems and strong documentation skills
• Preferably but not mandatory experience IT infrastructure
• Strong stakeholder management skills
