Assignment description

We are looking for a Cutover Lead

In this role, you will manage the end-to-end SAP cutover process, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems. Responsibilities include defining strategy, planning, coordinating readiness across teams and partners, and ensuring governance for future deployments.

• Define and manage cutover strategy and plans.
• Coordinate technical, business, and third-party activities.
• Align resources, ensure system readiness.
• Lead workshops, rehearsals, and execution.
• Manage risks/issues and report to leadership.
• Support stabilization and handover post go-live.

Qualifications:

• You have 8–10+ years in IT/ERP projects with cutover leadership experience.
• You have proven SAP or ERP go-live success.
• You have strong coordination, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• You are familiar with SAP landscapes and integrations.
