Assignment description

We are looking for a Senior Test Manager.

In this role you will lead the testing efforts in one of the streams in a program that contains three streams and multiple deliveries internal/external.

Tasks:

• Plan and oversee the test activities for the Internal and external stream.
• Execute predefined testing, including API testing and other critical validation processes.
• Use Jira/XRAY and Confluence for documentation, tracking, and collaboration.
• Drive proactive test planning and execution, maintaining high quality across deliverables.
• Coordinate test activities between assigned project and other streams/project for seamless integration.
• Provide strategic advisor on testing best practices and quality assurance.

Qualifications:

• You have proven experience in technical test management methodologies.
• You have experience in API and Network (Radius/Roaming) testing, and troubleshooting experience in telecom/NW.
• You have strong hands-on expertise in Jira and Confluence for test management.
• Your communication and leadership skills to drive alignment across stakeholders.
• You are highly proactive and organized.
• Your mindset is equally important as your technical skill.
• Experience with Wireshark and osix tools can be an advantage.
• Knowledge in telecom technologies like Radio Access Network (RAN), Mobile Core (4G, 5G, 5GNSA) are highly appreciated.
