Assignment description

We are looking for a Business IT Analyst.

In this role, you will contribute to the successful delivery of cross-functional initiatives. While gathering and analyzing business requirements is part of the role, the primary focus will be on leading initiative activities, managing timelines, and ensuring effective execution across teams.

Responsibilities:

• Together with PO, lead and coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of business and technology initiatives across flows.
• Define initiative scope, goals, and outcomes in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Develop and manage initiative timelines, resource allocations, and task assignments.
• Monitor initiative progress, proactively identify risks or blockers, and implement mitigation plans.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and momentum.
• Track and report initiative status, milestones, and performance metrics to leadership and stakeholders.
• Document business requirements and translate them into actionable tasks and deliverables within the initiative.
• Ensure that proposed solutions align with business objectives, user needs, and technical constraints.
• Support testing, training, and rollout activities to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
• Drive continuous improvement by reviewing initiative outcomes and integrating lessons learned into future efforts

Qualifications:

• You have a Master engineering degree or similar.
• You are fluent in Swedish and English.
• You are proactive and detail-oriented.

It is meritorious if you have strong analytical and organizational skills and thrives in a delivery-focused environment. An agile way of working and project management skills is considered a bonus.
